This is an exciting release of a double barreled maple finished bourbon from the Taconic Distillery. It is a blend from two barrels I concocted on February 20th and left for almost 6 weeks before bottling. Bottles are now available for purchase. Or you cant wait ( why would you though, just the name alone should tell you) till the official tasting of it on April 18, from 1 to 4 pm.

This is the first of hopefully several blended releases this year. As some of you might already know, our Whistle Pig 15 year Cask Strength was the first blend we did a few years ago. Wow, I can’t believe it’s been a few years since we opened. We have at least 4 more blends waiting for registration and label approval waiting in the wings. But for now, stop in pick up a a few of these to enjoy with friends and family. They’ll think you’re genius for finding this gem of a bourbon. Cheers!
