Join us this Sunday from afternoon for a guided Scotch tasting focused on modern, west-coast–inspired scotch whiskies that balance tradition with a fresh, thoughtful approach to distilling. We’ll explore clean, fruit-forward organic single malts, a classic blended malt with coastal character, and a softly peated Highland whisky, tasting through how philosophy, place, and production shape what ends up in the glass.
